Ability to edit by cropping mote

I'd love to be able to crop the end & beginning of the mote. Sometimes it takes a few seconds for the recording to start, and I have had recordings that miss the beginning of what I say. Instead, I allow a few seconds of silence. I'd love to be able to return to the recording, check it, and crop the beginning and end where possible.
