As a teacher you have multiple subjects that you teach. When creating a notebook notes, It would be great to be able to look by subject to find what you need.

The play bar looks very nice on Google docs; however, when I embed a mote note on a Google Site, the note takes the form of a square not a play bar, which takes up a relatively large part of the screen. Can there be an option to maintain the nice play bar on wherever it's embedded and to avoid the squared-shape audio mote? Thank you so much

Maybe I can already do this, but I would like to be able to hide transcripts. I would like to give an oral test with the dictation of sounds, words, and sentences. However, the answers are in the transcripts box, so that is not going to work. Thank you.

I noticed the text-to-speech feature when using Mote. Will this feature still be available when the free trial is over? or is it included in the Free version of mote?

I would like to disable the dictation bc my students' names are never correct and there are always at least one or two mistakes in the rest of the dictation too. I am having to go in after recording each loop and deleting the dictation.

I had emailed MOTE to ask which version I needed as a teacher, so that I could ask for unlimited student responses. I was told the $59 version is what I needed. My students are receiving the message that they are have met their mote entry and will need to pay. If I would have known that my students were going to have to pay, I would not have paid for this version. I thought I was going to be able to add my students to my account, but I can not figure out how to do that if I am able to. Some insight and help would be perfect.

Dear Mote Team,I am writing to request your assistance in retrieving a significant number of deleted motes.On or around December 19, 2022, I created approximately 400 motes for educational purposes. While I was inactive for a period, my students continued to utilize the recordings.Unfortunately, upon returning to the platform, I discovered that all of my motes had been deleted without notification. While I can still see them listed on the activity page, I am unable to access or utilize them.I understand that data retention policies may exist, but I would be incredibly grateful if there is any possibility of recovering these motes. The creation of this content required a substantial investment of time and effort, and their loss would be a significant setback.I would be happy to provide any additional information that may be helpful in facilitating the retrieval process.Thank you for your time and consideration.

Every time I paste email addresses into the "Add Users" box I get this error message.

The users are added and their accounts are activated but this message appears anyway.
