Add a pen tool

A big limitation of Google docs is that there is no easy pen tool that works with stylus input/apple pencil etc. or even just a basic graphics tablet. Voicenotes work wonders but sometimes good old ticks and squiggles are the most efficient way to register feedback. Could this be added by the Mote team?
