Mote as Pronunciation Tool

Hello. We are loving Mote because of it's easy web-based recorder. We are currently testing with our senior class having all students create a Mote in a cell in a spreadsheet that has their name and using that to help with name pronunciations throughout the year, and specifically at commencement coming up. So far, this is working well. My dream expansion for this is two-fold: -Extend the Mote retention period to more than 1 year so that students can record their name when entering the school and having it retained during their entire career. -Finding a more user-friendly way to do this that isn't linked to a specific Google Sheet. A LMS integration would be incredible, but if there could be a way to just change the retention period, that'd be a great start!!!
