Movable icon of MOTE for google docs similar to that for google slide

Hi, I found that the inserted movable icon for MOTE in google slide is very good for the icon can be close the the related object. It is good for teaching pronunciation for objects. I wonder if such feature could be added to google docs. Attached is an example of icon s closed to the related objects. Thank you. Silas
