Text/pdf read aloud for completing worksheets

In our school system there is a need for a text reader with a voice note app for students to listen to a question on a worksheet and then record their answer as a voice note. So, a text reader would be great. (with OCR it would be AWESOME since copy machines scan as pdf's) :) Thank you! This app is very helpful already!
